On the consulting side, Dr. Cohen is a specialist on high-value client segmentation and the use of sales technologies to produce maximum customer satisfaction and shareholder value.

A widely respected expert in psychiatry, Dr. Cohen shares his knowledge of human behavior to train and motivate institutions to change and improve their sales and service behaviors in order to achieve dramatic, profitable results. He earned his medical degree from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Medicine and his psychiatric degree from the UCLA Neuropsychiatric Institute. He has also been a visiting Professor of Management in the MBA /PhD program at the Claremont Graduate School, Peter F. Drucker Graduate School of Management.
