All full-time employees are eligible to be covered by group
health, dental, vision, disability and term life insurance.
Employees are eligible for these benefits on the first of the
month following 30 days of full-time employment. Cohen Brown
will pay the following insurance premiums for employees:

of the premium costs to insure the employee for health,
dental, vision, disability and basic term life insurance;

of the cost to cover employees' dependents for medical,
dental and vision coverage. |

Additional benefits include paid vacation, holiday, and personal

401(k) PLAN
Cohen Brown offers a 401(k) Savings Plan for all employees who
work at least 1,000 hours per year. You are eligible to participate
in the Plan on the first day of the month following thirty days
of employment. Under the plan, you can contribute up to 15%
of pay on a pre-tax basis to a retirement account. |
