Life Event Management Consulting Lab
Intervening when customers experience a “Life Event” may be the most important next step within financial services for generating both customer loyalty and incremental revenues. Life Events (e.g., divorce, marriage, birth of a child/grandchild, etc.) are not to be confused with transactional event triggers or life-cycle approaches to financial services.

Life Events usually revolve around “emotionally charged” occurrences, which are difficult for most bankers to manage. Accordingly, the Basic and Advanced Life Event Management Lab capitalizes on Life Events by providing bankers with mastery of the necessary techniques and by providing them with methodologies to successfully deal with any “self-image” issues regarding discussing Life Events with customers and prospects. Cohen Brown Life Event Management Lab teaches how to both discover Life Events and respond to them in an appropriate manner.
