The Advanced Proactive Teleconsulting Lab is the Techno-Behavioral sales-skills training for retail bankers and their managers.
This interactive, lab-style program consists of classroom training followed by intensive rehearsal and skill debriefing. It will assist both bankers and managers in closing their individual Techno-Behavioral Gaps and preparing them for maximizing leads generated through technology and any other lead sources.
